The holder is made of heavy-duty steel. With hardened process to be high strength, black powder coated at surface for rust and corrosion resistance. The small wheels are casted from 1018 steel with zinc plated at surface for great rust and wear resistance.

Each wheel has 2pcs R6-RS bearings (3/8"x7/8"x9/32), these bearings are made with chrome steel and rubber sealed on both sides. Just mount on the grinder arm with two bolts, can be adjusted to closer or farther the arm. Then push the small wheel into the holder and wrap the belt on. (Be careful to mount on the wheel and belt right, or it might drop off the grinder).
